Data Deletion is Final
Once your account is cancelled, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
No Mid-Month Refunds
Refunds are not offered for plans cancelled in the middle of a billing cycle.

1. Canceling Your eDaakiya Account
You may cancel your account at anytime by emailing edaakiya@gmail.com.
Once your account is cancelled all of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service. Since deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.
If you cancel the Service in the middle of the month, you will receive one final invoice via email. Once that invoice has been paid you will not be charged again.
2. Service Modification or Termination
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the eDaakiya service for any reason, without notice at any time.
3. Refund Processing
Refund amount will get credited in your bank account in 2-3 days.
4. Fraud Prevention
Without limiting any other remedies, eDaakiya may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Site.
5. Important Note on Refunds
No refunds are offered, even if a plan is canceled mid-month.
Important Warning
Data Deletion is Permanent
Once you cancel your account, all your data, including shipment history, customer information, and account settings will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
No Partial Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, you will still be charged for the full month and receive access until the end of your billing period.
Before You Cancel:
- Export any important data you want to keep
- Complete any pending shipments
- Settle any outstanding invoices
- Consider downgrading instead of canceling
